Turkey's biggest pie production facility

With a production capacity of 50 tonnes per day until Turkey has the largest pie production facility.

Water, which is one of the most important elements determining the quality of the product, is passed through special heating and treatment units and the temperature and hardness degrees are adjusted. The products, which are produced under hygienic conditions, are frozen after freezing at -35 degrees Celsius and packaged and ready for shipment. The continuity of Unana product standards is ensured by applying quality control processes at all stages of production.

Hygiene
Employees enter the production section of the facility and enter the production through the disinfection unit.

Raw materials
The raw materials to be used in production are obtained from the companies whose quality has been approved with international standards in their fields.

Forwarding
The products, which are produced under hygienic conditions, are frozen by freezing at -35 degrees Celsius and then packed and made ready for shipment.
